County Tax Reduction (RE Tax)

November is tax bill time!  Although prices in many neighborhoods have declined over the past 18 months, your assessed value for real estate tax may still be climbing.  We can provide an up-to-date appraisal that will tell you if your taxes are too high.  You can then submit your appraisal to the county as proof that your value has declined.  Just check with your county assessor's office or website for specific requirements and time line for your tax challenge.
